Ooh La La Hair Salon

I really love the outcome of my hair however my last experience I felt was unprofessional and unhappy. I called ahead for a 2:30pm wash and blow dry. Arrived at exactly 2:30. At the end of my wash I was asked if I can sit under the dryer I kindly asked the young lady how long will it be under the dryer as I need to be out by 4:30pm. She then said only 30 minutes. Perfect that’s fine I said. I was under the dryer for a hour and 4 minutes as another young lady walks right in (30 minutes into my dryer set) for a wash and blow dry, in which she gets blown out right before me! I don’t understand????? If I was next, not to mention another lady right after me was before her as well. The lady didn’t bother to check in on me or consider what I told her. I normally would never be upset or rushy but I believe I was not in the wrong. To make things worse I mention to the owner what happened as she calls me over at 4:03. Her response was “Well this isn’t a in and out thing here” very rude and unprofessional!!! Of course I know and understand that however so many things went wrong here! Someone went before me, I was told only 30 minutes under the dryer. Had I been told the truth I would of declined to sit under the dryer. No apology from the owner or the other lady. I believe everyone should flow in order not neglect the ppl sitting under a dryer which is paying the exact same!nThe only good thing is I was out at 4:30 however no flat iron so my hair didn’t even last and I still paid $30 plus $10 tip and $5 for the young lady.nProfessionalism goes along way. You can be great at your job but if your unprofessional it doesn’t mean anything.

Horrible at cutting hair horrible at highlights everything rushed completely! Curly hair people do not go here !

They did a great job social distancing. Everyone wore facial coverings. They did a nice job on my hair and the other women in there looked great. My favorite thing is they take time to make it professional, beautiful. They care about the client not talking on their cell phones or interacting more with each other instead of the client.

Great place, with great people in a warm comforting environment! Loved it and will visit again soon!
