I called and said I’d be 10 min late for a mani and spa pedi- when I got there they wanted to do a regular mani and regular pedi bc of time - understanding, but really wanting my pedicure, I suggested a spa pedicure and skip the mani. They tag-teamed me rushing the whole time (my feet soaked for less a minute, water was drained and we are into the leg massage now I’ve only been here 8 minutes ud83dude10 I asked for a callous treatment because I have pretty calloused heels from the way I walk/always in flip flops too:: and he said “We can’t take this off all at once it’s too much.” I said “ok, I’ve never heard that before but you are the experts...”nHe said “wow - it’s disgusting.”nnYes he actually said that.nnSeriously? I mean it’s callous so I don’t think it’s beautiful or anything but that’s show biz right? I’m 100% certain my foot wasn’t the worst he’s even seen....nLeg massage ok warmed up lotion a nice touchnnOops now they are painting my toenails and didn’t do the paper towel thing to keep the toes apart ud83dudc4eud83cudffbnnOh and apparently no drying time??nTwo seconds after the top clear coat they were rushing me to pay “go up there, over there” hurry hurry lol shuffling with wet nails trying not to let my pinkie toe move and ruin the whole thing.n$66nI left a $5 tip, for two reasons: 1. It’s a service and I can’t bring myself not to tip anything 2. I had a gift certificate for $50 so I felt bad only paying $16. Even if it was the worst.nSitting in my car with AC blowing on my feet while I write this review.n0/10 would recommend

The people in the salon seem very nice. I asked for a fill for my gel nails and a pedicure. Because this was only my second time getting a fill with gel nails. I wasn’t aware that they were trying to strip the gel nails off. The lady doing my nails didn’t take all of the gel nails off when I ask what she was doing scraping my nails. I told her I asked for a fill. She took one or two of the gel nails off and left the rest. She didn’t fill anything she smoothed it over and painted them. 2 of my nails are already broken and it’s only been 6 days since I had them done.nnI will never recommend this business to anyone!

I called and made an appointment for an acrylic fill, which I stated like 3 times while on the phone. When I got there for my appointment they tell me oh they don't do acrylic. Would have been nice to tell me on the phone. Will never do business there! Apparently they don't want to make a good first impression.
