They installed my custom steam boiler on time in one day. Can already feel the difference. Got several quotes and they were right in the ballpark. They accepted all my terms. Hard to find a company today that will cater to YOU. I would like to thank all the employees I talked to. I spent a good chunk of change , An investment that I Believe will payoff

Recommended via Angies list for Install / Repair thermostat and came out and said that I just needed to go grab a new one and install myself. Could not get it to work and called back and was then told that they do not work with electric for baseboard heat and I needed to call an electrician. Was charged a service fee , but ended up being refunded half. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, but I did mention to the first person I spoke to that it was electric heat and they still scheduled an appointment and I am still without heat. If you need work for a thermostat for electric heat do not contact them.

This service was called for an annual maintenance on a gas boiler. The unit was running fine I was doing my due diligence for the winter. Service was performed professionally up to the point of booking, sending someone in (basically until they got me as a costumer). I requested the company to call me during my initial appointment after the service is done to update me on their recommendations (I am landlord on this single-family house). They agreed but I NEVER heard back. My tenant who was there when the service was done told me the service man said the unit is in good condition but does recommend a part replacement in a few months and will call me with a quote. I called them the following Monday (service on a Friday) and was told by a female employee the person who conducted the service will call me back, this did not happen. I called again in two weeks, was promised a call back, again nothing. At this point I withhold payment because I need a call back for service rendered (I have no idea what part needs replacement and general update of the unit). I called again in about another two weeks (last Thursday), again was promised call back and never heard a thing. This is three attempts on my part and no follow up from Wyman. Last night, a month and 13 days after the service was performed my gas boiler failed to function. I owed the house since 2014, the first time I went with Wyman my unit failed after their service. This is after they told me the gas boiler is in good condition. I called this morning and despite on their website the office is open at 7:30am, I got the answering service up until about 8:30am. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and basically instead of taking responsibility for the multiple failed promises of calling a costumer back, and the fact the unit was just service by Wyman then failed to function he was more concerned about the bill. It was below freezing last night, concerned about frozen pipes, I asked him to send someone out today and he right out said no (Wyman website listed emergency 24-hour service). He said he will call back and hang up on me. I called back in about 1.5 hours, someone else picked up and said they will call back in a few minutes. I waited for another 30 minutes and called another company on Angie’s list. This new company promised to send someone out in an hour. Their service man is at my house right now fixing the problem and updating me as he go. Wyman finally called me back for the first time after I already booked a service with someone else (really at this point can I even believe Wyman will call back?), the same person who hang up on me earlier finally told me what the recommended replacement part is and said he can send someone out today but I need to paid first. At this point I had already decided to cut my loses with Wyman and paid them about two hours earlier. I told him I have paid and decided to go with someone else, he hang up on me again. This is by far the most unprofessional business I have encountered in my life. I went with them because they are A rated on Angie’s list. Do not trust their ratings. Save yourself from months of frustration and wasted money and go with another company.

You might want to Think first before doing business with this company. They sure know how to take your money without doing any work.
