I ordered from their app and got a call that what I ordered was discontinued. Then I asked for something else and that was also discontinued (roast beef) I asked for a refund and was told that I would get a call back. I got that call back 10 minutes later and was informed that I have to go to the store to get cash from the register. I said it was an inconvenience and the girl told me it wasn't because I was going to go there anyways. Well, now I have to stop somewhere else to get food and then go get my money back. Yes its an inconvenience and speaking to customers like that is unacceptable.

Here is the irony of this place, when served by the owners you get less and the service is poor, when the college kids serve you the service is great. That is because the owners will give you small portions of everything and try to charge you the max you will recognize the owners because they are the ones that don't look like college kids .Got a salad there today served by the owners and they barely filled the salad bowl at any other location it's packed after all it's just lettuce it's not like an extra handful will put them out of business but serving less will get them a bad review.

Five dollar foot long sandwich selection small but cold cut sandwich was tasty with fresh veggies..

Ordered a sandwich online at 6pm, I arrived 10 minutes past when the online instructions suggested and they had not even looked at my order. There was nobody else in the building, parking lot and no sandwiches being made. I told them I was there to pick up my order and they waited about 20 more minutes to even start making it. In total it took almost 1 hour to make 2 sandwiches...I will never be ordering here again. Steer clear of this Subway if you want your sandwich in a timely manner.
