This branch is so helpful and friendly and they really do care about their customers! I'm a loyal customer to Jersey Mike's and I'm a part of their rewards program which is a great program being free as well. Normally they send you a coupon for a free sub and drink on your birthday but mine didn't come through. However I called them up and they honored it anyway. I'm always happy when I come to this particular location it's a great group of people and they do Jersey Mike's brand proud.
Love jersey Mikes but for some reason the manchester branch can never get my online order correct. third time in a row i order a #9 with provolone instead of swiss and extra cheese it shows up with swiss standard amount. Not to mention I ordered an hour ahead and still waiting 30 minutes.n#frustrated.
Love the grinders here, meat is sliced to order. Seem a little expensive. My biggest pet peeve is they let you stand in line while they fill on line orders.
This is the sixth time that I come to this place. Everything was great until today. I asked for a long hot philly cheese steak sandwich . I requested to put the onions and peppers only in half of the sandwich, and the lady that was making the sandwich told me that next time they had to charge extra money. Really? Well last time I visit your store.
First visit to Jersey Mike's, delicious subs, and awesome service, definitely will be going back!!
