Most of the time, the service and food is good/correct. There are a lot of times, however, in which my order is wrong or they don't give me something I ordered. Not only that but they sometimes close earlier than the time they're supposed to close which results in me having to call to see when/if they're open. This last time I called, they literally hung up on me after I asked when they'll close. Classic, terrible service :)

Messed up all 4 items in my order. They were correct on the receipt, so the person definitely heard me in the drive thru...nnI went back through and told them about the mistakes. They tried to fix it and everything came out wrong... AGAIN. I just can't understand how
Would give negative stars if I could. Why is everyone talking in the back like no one is in the store ordering food. They don't care about their reputation obviously because the manager was cutting up with everyone as well. Honestly I will never go back to this location. You guys are terrible with customer service. It took 30 minutes for me to get 2 tacos.
It was filthy inside the dining room. Food on the floor and on the tables. Made me stop and wonder what the kitchen looked like. Slow service as well.
