One of my favorite places in town. The staff is always amazing, helpful and kind.

I was here within the last week and even with covid-19 restrictions in place I felt safe. Customer service was A1.

Attending a 3:00 matinee on a Sunday. Another disappointing experience at our only local theater. The theater was far from full yet the ticket lines are lengthy. Only one cashier until the line gets long and customers get annoyed when they find they are about to miss the start of their movie. The lines move slower now with people reserving their seats. Similar to those who go to a fast food counter and can't decide what they want when they get up to the front of the line. One can buy their ticket online or at the kiosk and pay more money for the convenience. I feel Cinemark makes plenty of money off the tickets and the concessions. I showed up 30 minutes early in hopes of getting right in with my popcorn. The line at the concessions stand was even longer. There were only 4 employees on duty and two were managers.... I fell prey to the marketing of the plastic buckets. I usually enjoy the large paper bucket for $8.50 and get a free refill. The plastic buckets hold much less and you have to pay another $5.00 to refill them. Arriving early affords me the opportunity to watch lame commercials for 30 minutes which is far from enjoyable. I went out to get it refilled to find approximately 30 people in line for concessions. There were only 2 cashiers on duty. There must be an incentive to keep minimal minimum wage employees on shift at the expense of customer satisfaction. Very frustrating experience!!!nMovie experiences have gone way downhill.
