Salon, because of COVID, was supposed to open at 10 AM. I made reservation for 10 AM. Arrived 15 minutes early. While waiting in the parking lot for the salon to open at 10:00, noticed several customers going in well before the time for opening. I went and entered the salon well before the scheduled opening and was told to wait 15 minutes. I cancelled the appointment and went elsewhere. They were inconsiderate of those who made reservations.
This salon is amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful. This salon has a great vibe. Andrew is very talented and always makes you feel special.
