Awesome quality service, friendly and clean environment. I enjoyed my services pedicure, nails and eyebrows. Nail were neat and straight lastly all the dead skin was removed from my feet!! Children friendly my son enjoyed his pedicure!

I’m new to Manchester and figured I’d give a local my service and since this place was close to my house I thought why not give it a try. The service was absolutely horrible. I started off with one nail technician and she didn’t shake the nail polish, making the color come out streaky and watery. I politely asked if she could just shake the bottle before she continued doing my whole hand. She looked like a deer in headlights when I asked. She asked a co worker why I said and I repeated myself again politely if I can just shake the bottle. The second lady came over and told me to pick a different color, so I did. After two minutes of them talking to themselves the second lady said she will be finishing my nails. She picked up the first color I had and continued to paint my nails saying a few coats of it it will be okay. After ten minutes she leaves the table and I sit there with half a hand done. I she comes back with ANOTHER technician and said he’ll finish. He painted my hand and got up and left. Again I’m stuck wondering what is going on. Mind you have been there for an hour already with only one hand done with two coats of paint on it. The second lady comes back. Puts a THIRD AND FOURTH coat on and starts my other hand. She gets up again. Leaves me again. It’s been an hour and a half. The guy comes back and finishes my nails, gives me a short hand massage and leaves. Second lady comes back and puts another coat on! Gives me another hand massage and then says I’m done. They charged me $30. For a color I wanted to change. For 1.5 hours for a gel manicure. Mind you I was one of two people in the establishment. My manicure lasted two days before they peeled right off because they put like six coats on and clearly couldn’t communicate properly with their customers. I will not go back.

I was very pleasantly pleased. The nail tech took her time with my full set, and made sure I was happy with the outcome. Very good job.
