Staff is always willing to help, don't turn so run the other way like other home improvement stores
Love this place and it's mostly because of the staff! Everyone is always so helpful! I only wish they didn't close so early. Other than that, no complaints!
Outstanding customer service. I needed a part for my grill, and no store near my home had it. I called this store, and it was in stock. The manager, Kathy, double checked the part number to ensure it was what I needed, and held it for me - I live nearly an hour away. That's what customer service is all about. I could not be more impressed with the pleasant professionalism.
Won't be doing more business here. They misquoted pricing on screen repair by 50%. They then added charges for work without prior consultation. Hard to imagine a worse customer experience.
Well stocked store, with those odds and ends that old houses need unlike the big box places. Staff is super helpful too.
