Jim was very helpful in getting my couch, wool rugs and stairs clean! I was able to just let him work while I ran to an appointment. He got the job done, stains out and I feel like I have fresh new rugs and couches again! Thank you so much for your help Jim, couldn't have asked for better service!

I own a housekeeping service, and have a fleet of vacuums that require regular servicing. Today was my first visit to Ultra Vac - super great customer service, and totally professional. This is definitely my new go-to for all of my vacuum needs.

Horrible experience with Ultra Vac Services. They had our vacuum for 2 months, gave us the run-around every time we called, ordered the wrong part for it, and all the while being condescending in every interaction. Very dissatisfied, disappointed and do not recommend at all.nEdit in response to Ultra Vac Owner: You offered the loaner, there was no mention of a possible charge, and if there had been we wouldn't have accepted it. We purchased the bags from you, and from the manufacturer, they definitely were the appropriate bag. My family has had Miele vacuums for decades, and had a lovely experience getting one fixed by a different store, where it was done in under 2 weeks, using the same bags with those vacuums every time. Also, we purchased from Amazon after initially shopping at your store because the same vacuum from you was several hundred dollars more expensive. So, perspective customers, save yourself a lot of money and don't buy from this place. The lack of polite customer service is, still, shocking.nThanks for providing a public example of how you talk to your customers. Perhaps you should consider obtaining more than one kind of contact info from your customers, to avoid this scenario in the future.

I took my sewing machine in to get fixed. I had taken it somewhere else and they didn't fix it but charged us. Eric at Ultra Vac had my machine fixed that afternoon. He showed me what the problem was. He is very nice, kind and informative and knowledgeable in what he does. I will certainly go back there if I need too. Eric is a great asset to this business.
