I had a great experience with this company. I had no water at my house. Called on Sunday at 8am, technician arrived at 10am. Beyond fixing the water issue at my house, technician was very knowledgeable and educated us, which is extremely helpful going forward.
Charlie was professional and very quick to respond. He came to our house to fix our well switch which broke the night before. He was quick to diagnose the problem and then to fix the problem. Price was very reasonable. He was also extremely understanding of our mask rule and distancing measures due to coronavirus and made us feel very comfortable while working in our home. We highly recommend him!
Charlie is very honest ,profession ,And friendly . He educated me on my well issues and what he was doing to fix it . He told me my well cover wasn’t up to code and was able to get a new one that was a special size . I’m glad I found north East well and pump they’re honest and don’t take advantage of woman like some other companies . I am grateful works with your schedule . Charlie been on time and has had open communication it was never hard to get ahold of him .nI recommend this company
Both Charlie and his wife were an absolute pleasure to deal with. He returned my calls promptly and arrived today to diagnose my problem and then installed a complete system (well pump, tank and valves) in under 4 hours by himself. Charlie kept me informed along the way and his pricing was very fair. I would strongly recommend his services.
