The level to which they have embraced the covid lunacy amazes me! NO exceptions on masks?! And you can shop with a cart... but you CAN'T take it outside to load your car?!? REALLY!?! Way to make the shopping experience as miserable as possible. No more!!
These guys rock! Seriously, it's my 'go to' hardware store for nuts and bolts and the odd items that the persistent tinkerer might be looking for. Helpful staff is a big plus too.
I was in rock hand today and was approached by an employee with a box of masks. He said we require masks in here. I told him I have a letter from my primary VA doctor precluding me from wearing a mask for multiple medical conditions. Apparently they don't care. As a disabled veteran, it saddens me that we have come to this in our community. I will no longer be a customer of this store.
This is the hardware store that every small town needs. all the tools and fasteners and bits and pieces that you need to do those little projects, and reasonably helpful people as well.
There is a reason they are the helpful place! Very kind and exceeded service in helping find what I needed! Keep up the great work, your staff are knowledgeable and to be appreciated!
