After we ordered, they mocked us and laughed at us. It made us feel very uncomfortable while we were eating to be in that environment, not coming here again
I work at Macy’s in the mall, and I go to this subway 3-4 times a week, and the employees are always nice and never disappoint me! Yummy sandwiches:) also you get a free cookie if you work in the mall! That’s a plus
Deirdre was a delight. Staff was friendly and professional. Meatballs and bread was fresh. My family had a great lunch. If your not sure what to have for lunch. I suggest you come to the subway in the West Farms Mall see Deirdre’s warm smile and have a great meal!!!
The manager working here (blonde woman) is fantastic. Every time I go to this locations she is very involved, on top of everything, and helpful. She is very friendly as well.
I went to subway today in the westfarms mall, and i bought a foot long sandwich and two raspberries cheesecake cookies, the sandwich was made nicely but the bread was very crispy and hard, and also my cookies were over backed it was very crunchy and hard i almost thought i was eating a biscuit.
