Thisis the best Taco Bell i have ever been in my life. Always fresh taste. I know taste is always same at all the taco bell. But here you can smell and taste the freshness.

I was craving Taco Bell and this was the closest one, so I drove here, walked all through the mall to find it, only to find out that you pretty much have to be wealthy to eat here. Their prices were 4 or 5 times more expensive then any other taco bell I've ever been to. The value menu was a joke - $4 for a beef burrito, that's a dollar at every other store. But they absolutely pay the same for the product. They are trying to rip you off here big time for low quality food. It's not even 100% beef. I'll never go to another Taco Bell again. I understand this is a franchise, this an individual owner, but the fact that taco bell allows this person to gouge people like this, says a lot about the company.

The manager was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional!! The cashier missed two items from my order and we politely mentioned it to him. Instead of apologizing and fixing the issue he became very defensive and called us “rude customers” he went on and on telling us it doesn’t matter because he doesn’t have to be polite to us because we were “aggressive” mind you I was with my 7 yr old daughter and one of my girl friends. He was ridiculously rude and scared my daughter. We got a refund immediately! I’m NEVER supporting such a mean and nasty franchise ever! I advice everyone to stay clear! (Also, the name of the employee on our receipt read ‘Ketan’)

Unlike most people, I love taco bell. My only complaints involve posted menus are too small to read.nnRecently, New Britain Employees did not even know what the menu items were.nnTook much too long for her to consult another staff person for details. She should not have been on the ordering cash register.nnBut I still love the food in spite of increasingly higher prices. Budget items are readily available if only the cash register person knew the menu.nnI will return just for the food.
