Manager on duty was extremely rude. Told me I “needed to have the card from original purchase to return” when she already had that card in her hand. She then told me I needed to have a better printed receipt to return..the receipt I had was the receipt I was originally given. She was not wanting to help me at all and was very unfriendly
A few of the employees give good customer service, which is why I give it 3 stars. Other than that, tools and feed are not restocked regularly, some employees have an attitude, it is dirty, and some employees, including the manager, do not ensure that the customer is happy. For example, not saying when items will be in, if another location has them currently, what you could use in the meantime, or ordering items online for you. I go there now simply because of its convenient location, but I do not like how the store is currently managed.
My 13 year daughter and I love to go there every chance we can, not only to see the chicks, but to buy Maple Cotton Candy! It's the best stuff around. Prices are great, and the employees are friendly. Never had a problem finding someone around to ask a question. Angelika has been especially nice and yes, she knows her stuff when it comes to chickens and animals in genereal. Highly recommend the store.
I entered the store 4 days ago, without a mask, store manager approach me and said I needed to wear a mask, I told her that I was unable to wear one, she ask me where was my note from my doctor, I asked who she was and she told me she was the store manager, I told her that I didn't think she had the right to ask for a note, she said that the governor said I was supposed to have a note from my doctor, my question is, who does she think she is to ask me for something that is personal and confidential between me and my doctor? what is her credentials? She can ask me to leave for not wearing a mask, I get it, but she has no right to ask for information that is personal and confidential between me and my doctor,
Great store manager -- Angelica truly knows her way around that store and has a wealth of farming knowledge. Her employees really respond well to her also. I travel further to go to the Farmington , Ct store because of the great service. I have another store closer, but I choose Farmington.nI really enjoy the one on one interaction and feel my needs are met. Go Angelica/Team!
