5 stars all the way, hired Pat and his team to do a gut to studs reno with which we were very pleased. The icing on the cake was when overn2 years later they came back and replaced a defective faucet for free! No, it wasn't their responsibility but that's just who they are. Very rare in this day and age, gladly signed on to let it be known.

Fairly new to West Hartford I went on a West Hartford Facebook group and asked for remodeling recommendations , 4 people responded and strongly referred Bathroom Pros. After more research, I hired them to do a fairly elaborate remodel on our circa 1940s West Hartford Home. The attention to detail and all phases of construction were impeccable. I've since lined them up for a bath and a half at my parent's home.

So when I hired Bathroom Pros I probably should have warned them that my 77 year old Italian grandfather was a retired mason/tile installer. They not only exceeded my expectations but they met his lofty measure of perfection as well! I not only wish to Thank Bathroom Pros for the quality workmanship but also the patience and kindness they showed my family. Ottimo lavoro!

The thing that really stood out to me about this company is that they really treated my job like they were working in their own house. When I redid my kitchen with another company, they tracked mud through the hallways or banged up my walls carrying stuff in. Bathroom Pros was careful and when the job was done you wouldn’t even know a remodel job had just been done - and my bathroom looks great, too!

We hired Bathroom Pros to do the second of three bathroom renovations we had planned. Bathroom Pros not only did a fantastic job on the bathroom we had them work on but they also fixed numerous problems with the first we had another contractor do. The first contractor pressured us into signing up on their first visit which we have since learned was a huge red flag.nWe intend to use Bathroom Pros for our third and final bathroom renovation later this fall
