The wait is consistently over 20 minutes in the drive thru after dinner hours...I can see 3 people in there mulling around and yet I'm waiting 20 or more minutes to pick up tacos. Every single time I go, there is an extremely long wait. The employees are nice, at least.

40 minutes in the drive thru and I left before I got my food with 3 cars still in front of me. 20 minutes waiting to order, 20 minutes after I ordered, and still had 3 cars ahead before I would have got my order. Could have got take out from anywhere and eaten it at home faster than that. Or could have driven to the airport Taco Bell and been back faster. This location has always been slow but just close this place down at this point.

We arrived at this restaurant for dinner. my friend recommended this spot. Well, it was very nice. The crew welcomed us with a smile and we felt fantastic. The meal was tasty. We enjoyed every moment and we shall definitely come back again. Warmly recommended.

If I could give a 0 star I would. This location ALWAYS has a long line. 2 kids in my car we needed food so I stopped before heading home. Started my timer to see how long and it took a total of 45 minutes. With one car in front of me I see them hand a bag to the car and the car hand it back. Sure enough it was the wrong order and then I get to the window and they hand me the SAME bag that was handed to the car in front of me just before. So now with COVID my bag has been opened and touched by this stranger in front of me. I get my food and head less then 10 minutes home. I get home open it immediately and all the food was COLD! Not even slightly warm. Worst thing about it is they of course didn’t give me a receipt to leave a review. After all the times I’ve gone here and had to wait in a line for a LONG time I’ve decided I will not be going back here again unless things are properly fixed.

Ordered two items and waited 15 minutes before even making it to where you order. I then waited another ten to get to the window where i pay. How? What is going on that is taking 25 total minutes for me to get my food at a fast food place...
