My furnace stopped working on a Saturday night. Called first thing Sunday and they were able to send out a tech by midday, even though I was not an established customer. The tech was professional and diagnosed a simple issue in just a few mins. He got the furnace running and gave some advice on which components to keep track of in the future as they were getting near their expected lives.

I am very happy with the service SM Mechanical Services provided. They removed my fuel-oil fired boiler and reserve water tank, and installed a new high-efficiency combi natural gas boiler. It was not an easy job as I live in a small house without a hatchway to the basement, so the oil boiler and reserve water tank had to be removed through the central staircase and out of the house. The two service men (both named Angel) worked VERY hard during those hot days and never seemed to take a break. The old system was out and the new system installed in just two days, without interruption to my water supply. Sal came out after the job was completed to inspect the job and talked me through the system and how to maintain it. I would happily recommend SM Mechanical Services.
