I am from upstate NY. I stopped in because the reviews I saw were pretty good. I normally don’t write reviews but my experience was just like I was told by others. The wash I had was “The Best” $19. It was pretty good. I also visited the free vacuums which worked & the area was clean. I will stop in again if I am in the area !!
I went to get my car washed here today 09/20/2020. My two weeks old 2020 Rav 4, when I pulled out of the wash to dry my vehicle, the right side of my bumper was viciously strached off. When I pointed it out to them the attendant told me that I must have scratched my car elsewhere. I requested to see the video. When we both watched the video it was evident that I didn't have any scratch on my vehicle before entering the wash. I reported the incident to the police and my insurance company. They had me filled out a claims form pending so-called investigation. Well I saw the video and I took a pic of it showing where there was no scratch before entering the wash. I'm impatiently waiting for them to investigate because I'm not letting this go. My husband is an attorney and will be contacting them if they try to pull a fast one.
Great and professional staff. They thoroughly scrub even before car enters through the wash. Free vacuuming and clean property.

Nice wash gets tires well also hands free approach and everyone is wearing mask properly
