Polished Salon

They got me in no problem. Which is why I did 2 stars because that was nice.nnBut for a $25 manicure she only took 14mins. One nail I had to file when I got home because it had a large dried nail polish lump on it. My cuticles are all uneven, the nail polish has streaks, the nail polish doesn’t go to the sides of some of the nails & it doesn’t go to the base of my nails. Also later that night & the next day I kept pulling the clear nail polish out from under my nails which had been stuck to my skin making my fingertips feel weird.nnShe didn’t pull the chair away from the wall which it was turned & facing or say hi when I walked in. The towel I put my hands on had old nail polish stains on it. There was no hand massage or lotion afterwards. Also when we were done she went immediately to her computer & I had to assume we were done. She didn’t even look away from her computer when I paid her cash. It was all so weird & awkward I left pretty disappointed as I am leaving on vacation with nails that don’t look professional. I felt like I wasn’t a priority & she squeezed me in when maybe a different time slot would’ve been better.nnI understand we all have off days & I hope that’s what this was for this nail tech, who I think was the owner but I am not positive. I felt weird saying anything afterwards & walked home wishing I could get my money back & it all removed but I didn’t want to go back there. The color is nice & I guess it was a learning experience. I hope other clients have better experiences because it is a cute place.
