Jim T has done work at my house and my kid’s houses. He was prompt, courteous, professional and reasonably priced. His son was the one that showed up last Saturday and I can say he has all of his dad’s qualities.

We have been using Jim Ts for 5 years. Always does an excellent job. Replaced new water heater, opened main sewer and replaced a few commodes. Prices are very reasonable and he is quick. 5 star highly recommended.

The kind of guy that doesn't call back for a week, then no-shows a scheduled appointment and never communicates to you after.nnWe actually hired him several times and have always been disappointed with the lack of response. Last straw, hired someone else to change the water heater that Jim installed just* a few years ago.nnInteresting enough, the plumber I hired said that the previous install wasn't even up to code.... Good ole Jim T.
