Their spanish workers were sweet but they couldn't execute the nails like the Chinese. No offense
I honestly don't see what the hype is all about. Not to be rude but they can't do nails - at least the nail tech I had doesn't. For $53 for manicure gel set that is less than a week old is horrible. It has a thick ugly coat where I can see where the false nail starts and ends. Also, the techs talk way too much.

This nail salon dont have any of the old workers no more because they are more successful working from home new people don't know how to communicate with customers just ignore and take pedicures all day before they do your eyebrows don't come there no more waste of time
I was over charged. Never gave me a manicure yet charged me for one. They did not want to correct my full set instead wanted to work over it making it look like I needed a refill when I had just gotten it done the day before. Their customer service is no good. They do not care about the customers just the money and do NOT do quality work. Years ago they used to be really good now it’s completely not worth it. For a few more dollars go somewhere with quality and good customers service
