Told the “shift leader” my order should’ve had more fries. Her reply was “I dropped the fries myself so I know you weren’t missing any fries”.. Funny bc Five Guys is known for giving you a lot of fries. I’ve worked in fast food myself and what she should have said was “I apologize sir why don’t I give you some extra fries”. That’s not good customer service.. But whatever, they were kind of soggy and too salty anyway.
I love this spot! They serve decent food, they have a rich menu, The cook in that place is an expert, I love a lot tasting all their food. The food is always of high qualtity, the service towards the visitors is efficient. I go often to this restaurant and I was never unsatisfied. Highly recommended.
