After several bad experiences with realtors in other cities (due to ineptitude and lack of professionalism), my wife and I were pleasantly surprised and wholly satisfied with the services provided by Zootown Real Estate. In fact, I would go so far as to say that Jodie and Brianna of Zootown restored our faith in the industry.nnBecause of past experiences, we were very thorough in selecting a realtor in Missoula. We sent an introductory email with a trick question of sorts to see which realtors would thoroughly read our correspondence. Of the 6+ area realtors we emailed, Zootown was only one of only two to thoroughly read our message and respond accordingly. We decided to use their services after interviewing both of those realtors and noticing how honest Zootown was in their assessments of our thoughts on neighborhoods to look at.nnWe worked mostly with Brianna, although her and Jodie make such a good team and communicate so well with other that we could call and talk to either without concern. Brianna can be described as professional, organized, and attentive to clients' needs. She is relatively new to the position; however, the more experienced Jodie is able to fully compensate for that slight deficiency because they are such a close team. I wholeheartedly recommend Zootown to any prospective buyers in the area.
