Two days before our house was to be listed for sale, the drain in the bathroom sink broke. Frank came out to evaluate what needed to be done and realized how important the timing of this repair was to us. Frank went out of his way to make sure the repair was done the next day, just in time for the first showing of the house!
The absolute best, great work, very clean and responsive.
Frank Senior came on time to our appointment for an estimate of the work to be done. The pricing followed only a few days later. Frank Junior handled the scheduling and was a huge help in coordinating the day and time with the requirements of my bathroom tile installer. These guys did all the said they would do, did it well, did it on time and did not gouge me on price. 5 Stars from me.
Water heater cracked- Frank Jr & Lenny came out the same day. They replaced it efficiently and were respectful to me and the property. Good service greatly appreciated.
These guys are fabulous. Have used them for years for a bunch of projects, a number of which were, unfortunately, emergencies. Prompt, efficient, reasonably priced, they leave a job site cleaner than when they came. Highly recommended.
