I brought a dress to spot cleaners and the older women at the counter and I discussed how I needed a belt sewn on to a dress, I explained how I needed the belt to look she said okay yes no problem it can be done , told me two weeks it would be done. I went to pick up the dress and the belt was Put on to the dress half sewn on! I said that it was done wrong she looked at me and said well “cant do to much work” I said I need this done this week for a wedding, why wouldn’t you call me and tell me it couldn’t be done. She laughed in my face and said belt to heavy to much work. GIRLS please take note to this during prom season or wedding dress and suit alterations this women will tell you she can make the alterations for the dress and when you actually pick up the dress you run a risk of it done completely wrong. My dress is ruined and all she did was laugh in my face and tell me it was to much work to do so she stopped mid sew.
