She was very kind and braids extremely fast. We texted to confirm the appointment and I stated the size of the braids I wanted. I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment. She was doing someone else's hair for 30-45 minutes into my appointment. She made the parts a good size but the braids itself was too big. I got my hair done a little over 2 weeks ago and 2 of my braids fell out and my roots are fuzzy.nnUpdate: I went back to compromise with her, I had to wait an additional month because SHE WENT ON VACATION. So I was unable to see when this happened. So I say I text her and got no response. Showed her I text her and she had excuses about the hair I used and that me waiting 2 weeks was too long. In my defense she left to another country DAYS AFTER doing my hair and didn't return til a month after. Also, who anticipates their hair being fuzzy and messy TWO WEEKS AFTER. She stated me waiting she couldn't do anything for me. Yet I keep hearing she's a kind lady.

Best salon I’ve ever been to. She is very fast but she does hair perfectly. I went and done sewings and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. Especially to come to her! Will definitely be back! She is also very kind and she makes sure you are comfortable.

I had an horrible experience with this hair dresser. She does a great job but her attitude is really poor. I went there in 2015 to do box braids and she quoted me a reasonable price which was confirmed . When I got into the chair and she proceeded to start braiding my hair I was glanced over my shoulder to have an idea of the length she got upset with me and started saying why was I checking my hair and how she usually chargers more for the length.She told me she wanted another amount for the style.I felt very uncomfortable and I was wondering why she was acting like she did because I had gotten my hair done there before and there was no problem a family member had actually recommended me to her. I got my hair done and I left there knowing I would never go back there again. Some people are very unprofessional. One customer lost here.
