I went to Paradise Nails at 5:10 (they close at 6) and immediately got attitude. I was told that I couldn’t get a mani/pedi because they closed at 6.nI ended up just getting a gel Manicure. Within one hour of me leaving the salon, my entire thumb nail had peeled off. The rest of my gel manicure is bubbled and starting to peel. I get gel manicures all the time and this has never happened to me. Horrible quality.nAlso, the place is very dirty. Will not return.

Horrible atmosphere...very unfriendly when you walk in..no one including manager and owner ever say hello. It is a very awkward atmosphere as they are miserable and unfriendly. I have tried the salon at least 10 times thinking they had a bad day or things willl change but today I went in only one person was in there and she didn’t even look up at me and said come back in 4 hours and didn’t even look at me again.you could tell she was doing it as she just didn’t want to do my nails. There was no one in there. I will never go back there again. They barely ever have anyone in there and I can see why. When they do your nails they do them super quick no paraffin, do not offer anything to drink and zero massage ever...I never leave reviews but am seriously disappointed at the way they treat customers...when they first opened up they were super nice to get you in but since then nothing..don’t waste your money

I was in recently with my two young daughters for pedicures. I have come to your salon often- because in the past it had been clean, friendly, and not crowded. Yesterday, however, the service was rushed and rude and the tools were reused and dirty. The chair I sat in had visible grime and the tools had been reused from customer to customer. The pumice stone was brown and obviously used on several customers.nI brought my daughters as a special treat, and the people doing our nails never even said hello. They were in an incredible rush and I believe it is because of the way they are treated. I’ve observed on more than one visit how both the man and woman at the front desk treat the women working. They are not spoken to like respected employees.nI don’t usually write complaints but upon reflecting on our time at the salon yesterday, I felt like I needed to share my experience.nNeedless to say, we will not be returning.
