Very displeased with my time here. I was seen for less than 5 minutes and prescribed a medication that did not help my situation at all. No questions were asked or anything, just a glance at my face and that was that. As a matter of fact, the prescribed medication made it even worse. After calling to see what could be done about this situation, I was told I had to pay out of pocket again for another visit. As an independent college student I simply cannot do that. I feel like I paid $200 (including medication) for no reason. I’ve pretty much lost hope on healing my face.

Great experience during my first visit. Lubna Latif was a wonderful and helpful physician assistant. She was very knowledgeable and caring. The staff are super nice and helpful as well. I highly recommend going here!

Can't speak for the doctors/technicians themselves because I never made it that far. I called about a laser hair removal service and they refuse to give you any idea of the price until you pay them $50. I'd rather know if the rates are reasonable or insane before I waste my time and money.nn**update- I received a call back from the CT Skin Institute upon posting my initial review and they apologized for the lack of transparency around pricing and in the end gave me a ball park price on the service I was inquiring about. Glad they did because it saved everyone from their time being wasted.

Friendly, Covid-aware staff. Dr Saluja clearly explained what was going on and the options. I strongly recommend this office

Was diagnosed with a small basal cell cancer on the tip of my nose right on the nostril next to the bone. The form had taken a deep root invasion and had to be operated on to remove all evidence. Dr Ibrahimi did not only an excellent job but the procedure was relatively painless. I had NO aftermath except a bit of sensitivity. It left quite a noticeable cavity which I chose to let self heal over further surgery and stitches which I am pleased Imade this decision. It is now 2 months later and the incision is barely visible. I have had 2 checkups with very positive results and confirmation from the office. This office is THE BEST.. Not only is the Dr a great surgeon but his patientDr manner is very calm and reassuring. I am grateful to Dr Jeremy Moss for recommending Dr Ibrahimi , This was a *******. experience. Thankyou to the entire staff at Connecticut Skin Institute...
