Heather greeted me and explained the membership she was nice and professional. Kim did my lashes. Kim listened to what I wanted and did exactly as requested. She is professional and took her time to make sure my lashes were perfect. I will be coming back and I recommend Kim. I had to wait a while for my ride to come and as I sat and waited another young lady was taking phone calls she was very friendly to everyone she spoke with including customers that were leaving or coming in.

I’ve been to this place on and off for 2 years and I keep getting let down.nIt takes 2.5 hours for a full set and the customer service is cold. I’ve had my lashes fall off, my eyes glued shut, and my eyes burn for days after getting my lashes done here.nnLast time I was here I was upset because I did not get the lashes I wanted (even though I showed the lash tech pictures of what I wanted before) and was offered to get them fixed for free. When I came back they ended up charging me $25....nnTheir San Antonio and Katy location is AMAZING though! I’m in and out of the SA & Katy locations in no more than an hour (and that’s for a full set!!) and my lashes are done perfectly and last a very long time. Every technician there knows exact what they’re doing and are very efficient! Even their front desk girls are super nice & courteous!nnOverall, I still recommend going to Amazing Lash Studios, just not the Stamford location!

I've been three times, once for a full set and then again for a refill because I LOVED it, and then again for a fix up. Had no intentions of contuining the lashes, but Breanna did such an amazing job I wanted to keep them. I don't even need makeup because the lashes help to just frame your eyes so much. I had someone else for the refill 3 weeks later (and still had over 1/2 the original lashes) and I managed to somehow lose all the left lateral ones the next day. I called them up and they brought me back in the same day to replace the messed up ones free of charge (which not every business will do anymore). Juan made it look even better than before (and fixed up a couple lashes on the other eye). Really a great group and so pleasant. They are courteous and take their job seriously and deliver high-quality lashes. Totally recommend. Girls at the front are always so friendly and helpful too!

I get my eyelashes done with Brianna every two weeks and she’s incredible! She’s so friendly and does an amazing job, i always love my lashes :)

Got my lashes done by yana or something like that. I went Wednesday and today is Friday. I have No Lashes. I did not use any oils as they suggested. Haven’t even wore any makeup ud83dudc40 which is big for me but I didn’t. I’m goin back in a few days to get them fixed but Um would I recommend this place?!!! ud83dudc40ud83dudc40ud83eudd14 I would have to say No.n$90 for lashes to come off in 2 days. It’s a no for me
