Most amazing experience. Professional, clean, peaceful, prompt and delivering service, I am absolutely happy with the end result and the process. I recommend CKC 100% ! They confirm the appointment, you are greeted and taken care of right away and they follow up a week after to assure you are still happy with the service, like common!!! Hairstylist was very friendly, informative, helpful and knew her stuff period! My hair is still super silky and smooth just as promised

Love it! Finally got my covid-19 hair chopped off. The staff at CKC was very thoughtful following safety precautions, they took my temp at the door and had a station for hand sanitizer, gloves and masks. Andrea did an amazing job with the haircut, she made the whole experience feel normal (wearing a mask while getting my hair cut).

I always have a positive experience when going to CKC salon. Elianny has consistently done an awesome job with my highlights and for a reasonable price, plus I’ve had great experiences getting haircuts with Nicole and Kim as well. Booking is made easy with texting & email so it’s not a hassle to get an appointment.

I had emailed and made an appointment a week in advance, and said I was looking for hand tied hair extensions to be put in. The receptionist was the one to respond to emails, and she said the only person that does extensions is in Stamford (this salon,) and that she knows how to do it. I drove 45 minutes to come to the hair salon, and showed her the wefts I'd like put in. She said she doesn't do that kind of work, and then blamed me for not wanting to do the tape ons. I told her I asked in advance before coming if they did tie in wefts, and she said the receptionists don't know what we can and can't do, and was upset at me somehow! That my hair isn't meant for it, that northeast hairstylists don't know how to do a sew in hair extensions, that only California hair salons do this, etc, etc. The receptionist doesn't communicate with their hair dressers with the emails they recieve. The receptionist needs to make sure the hairdressers they are setting the appointments for knows how to do the specific things the client is requesting. Otherwise it's a waste of mine and the stylist's time. I don't like that the stylist blamed me, it was not professional, and not kind. I wouldn't go here- find a stylist who is kind and there is good communication in the salon!
