Reviews
Good prices and locations and has an improved clean environment. However, the ratio of machines that are out of service and what's is working is like a 2:1 scenario. Also need to work on the Air condition system especially with now a days of having to wear a mask on top of summer weather. When it's on though its fine. Otherwise, it's a good place to go.
Great new owners. They keep the place clean and very safe and friendly.
Poorly run , and the elderly man who works there does not wear a mask or gloves, nor do they disinfect anything...The man folds people’s laundry without a mask and gloves as well. That’s a serious health risk that could lead to death. That is not what we pay for when we bring in laundry for ‘wash and fold’. In addition, their machines are always out of order and don’t get fixed for months. 0 social distancing even though over 82,000 are now dead as a result of Covid19. The man speaks no English and does not honor that huge sign they now having outside ( sign says if you bring in food donations, washing is free). I brought in $15 worth of food, at first he acted like they weren’t comping for the donations, in spite of what the sign says. After I asked about it, he reluctantly comped 1 out of 3 loads and refused to add the “extra rinse “ cycle , which I said I’d pay for. It’s 25 cents, for Pete’s sake.
Fix the machines . dryers and washers . so few to use .
