I love that you can order in the app and pickup at the store quickly and easily but why would the app give you options to get “less” “regular” and “more” of any particular ingredient when at the store those details don’t matter. Regardless of what you put for the amount, they always put the same standard amount. You ask for extra tomato, you’ll get one row of tomato slices. You ask for light cucumber, you get one row of cucumber slices. Why bother having these options in the app if it makes no difference to the staff? It’s so annoying that staff at this store don’t care about those details. I guess we have to be happy they put in all the items from the order at all. We only come to this subway for the 2 for $5 each deal in the app. In person, the experience is even more annoying so we don’t do that anymore. It’s sad. So much potential here.

Normally this location is 5 stars but today our online order had the wrong bread. Plus we requested one toasted and it was not or too lightly toasted you couldn’t tell. Someone was not paying attention. Kind of bummed us out. Fresh ingredients and they got that part right. This is unusual for this location.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. RUDE PEOPLE.nWent their today and the manager that works there’s made my sandwich and just thru it in the oven and when she took it out was all messy and didn’t apologize and was so rude to me. DISGUSTING.

They have the best tuna sub here.nI have eaten at several Subways across CT and this place hands down has the best tuna sub.

I visit this subway in Shelton, on Bridgeport Ave, whenever I have Dr's appointments in the area. They're owner is up to date on all of the newest equipment to help his staff and the staff are wonderful. Never have a bad experience there and they make their sandwiches just like you should. Not too much and not too little. It's nice and clean at all times and no matter what kind of day you're having the staff smiles and you'll always have a good conversation. Highly recommend this location.
