All I can say is she is amazing she made sheer magic out a christening gown, hat and jacket that was over sixty five years old which was stored in a plastic bag look absolutely pure white and brand new . Hernprofessionalism was top notch. Recommend Sally highly wouldn't think of using anyone else for such expertise.

Sally knows what she is doing. Her home is welcoming, her attitude is confident, and her work speaks for itself. I entrusted her with fixing up my precious Grandma’s 60+ year old, hand-made, Italian wedding dress. The pictures attached show the before and after. And if it doesn’t get MORE insane, she took off all of the silk buttons while cleaning the dress and then sewed them all back on. I cannot wait for the day I walk down the aisle in this dress, and I cannot thank her enough.

I am beyond pleased with how well my grandmother's 77 year old wedding dress came out! The lace was so yellow before I wasn't sure I could wear it, but now it looks like new - thank you Sally!

I'm so happy with how well my gown was cleaned by Orange Restoration Labs. After my wedding the entire bottom of my white lace dress was stained almost black with dirt and sand from the rain and mud outside leaving my reception. Sally assured me that they would be able to get the stains out and they did! My dress looks like new again and was packed in front of me. I highly recommend getting your dress cleaned here. Sally is wonderful and their service is thorough and high quality. I will be recommending to all my friends. Thank you!!

Do not go near this place. Brought my dress and veil. Had a entailed conversation with the woman regarding next steps. Given e tea work required (sourcing matching lace, repair of mesh) she jacked up the price. She seemed competent so I left it with confidence even though she claimed it wouldn’t be rest until April. I called today, 4/29, and she had no recollection of our conversation, why she had jacked up the price, said it could be ready next week. When I asked about the veil she said well it came out ok..then a minute later said it had come out beyond her wildest dreams (it was in fine shape to begin with). I told her to pack it for me to pick up and she went into a panic. This woman is NOT all there. Stay away.
