First time going to this dry cleaner, I haven't even picked up my things and I already know I won't go back. I brought in a comforter and a ball gown. The woman said i had to pay for the comforter bill up front. I said why? What if I am not happy with the the service? She said oh then we'll clean it again. Fine, I let that one go. She gave me the price for cleaning the ball gown, and i said great, it was pricey but it is a large garment. She just called me now, a day later to tell me the price is doubled. DOUBLED! I politely told her not to have the dress cleaned I know I can have it cleaned cheaper somewhere else. Very frustrated and very inconvenient.

They don't open on time! I figured I would arrive by 730am which is the time they SHOULD open, but I waited over 15 min and no one showed up! I had to finally leave because I would've been late for work and dropped off my suit at a different location that opens at 7am. It may seem harsh leaving a 1 star review for not opening on time, however, opening at 730am for a dry cleaner is already late compared to others, and if you actually can't open on time then that is not acceptable for such an establishment! Imagine all the extra customers if they actually opened on time or even at 7am! I will not be visiting this establishment because if they can't open on time then it shows a lack of effort and reliability which may reflect on the actual services provided, and after reading these reviews that may just be the case.

This is an awful dry cleaner. No customer service! My first visit I witnessed them allowing a customer to take someone else's clothes because they could not locate his. All he wanted was a credit for what he paid until they located his clothes so he took the clothes because she refused to credit him. What dry cleaner would give a customer someone else's clothes knowingly! SMH Don't go to this dry cleaner!!!!! I immeidately walked out!
