They told my wife they’d be able to mend something in time for her to wear it to an event on Thursday. She shows up Thursday morning only for them to tell her it wasn’t ready, nor would it be that day. They hadn’t even started it. They should at least have called her to let her know and, in doing so, spared her the trip. As it was, they wasted her time and money. Can’t recommend them. They’re unreliable.
I hope the new hours are temporary. 9-4 is not convenient for people that work. Can’t pick up cleaning before or after work.
I wish I could've given zero stars. On Monday, I took a dress I needed cleaned for a wedding on Friday. They told me it would be ready Thursday evening. I even stressed the importance of having it by Friday. I went Friday afternoon to pick it up and not only was the dress not ready, it was off site. They completely screwed me over for this event.

I was recommended to this place by a friend who just got married for alterations. The lady has years of experience for doing alterations for bridesmaids dress from what I was told. She is very nice as well as the rest of the staff. They're reasonably priced for alterations and can do them quickly too!! I found a great dry cleaners that I will use and pass along!
