We've had a great experience with Drain Surgeon! They showed up and were able address our tenant's concerns within an hour, and worked fast to fix the problem. Compared to other quotes we've gotten for work in the area, they're reasonable, and the office staff is lovely.
Hired this company to install a new boiler and burner. Thy did an excellent job ! Clean , thorough , added extra piping and ducts at no extra charge. The owner Bob Kelly , very straight forward, honest and stays all day. I've used them for many plumbing issues but this was the first time I used them for heating equipment. VERY satisfied and I recommend.
Key word here - after care - fantastic service - has literally rebuilt the plumbing in my house. Takes the time to explain what is going on - searches for the most cost effective solution.
Bob Kelly completely destroyed my house he is one of the worst plumbers I have ever hired I had to get another company to come in and replace all the work he did cause it was not up to code and leaking everywhere no wonder he asked me not to file with the local municipality DO NOT HIRE him he over charges and does horrible work
Drain Surgeon is the best plumbing service and I have used many . I highly recommend you call them when you need a good plumber. They actually showed up when they said they would and left no mess.
