Rug Wash Inc - Rug Cleaning

I had been been researching several area rug companies to clean a large 9x10.5 Chinese wool area rug. The rug had been passed down to us and I wasn't quite sure I wanted to invest the money to have it cleaned - pretty dirty, beautiful design but was hesitant that it could ever come clean. I found Rug Wash on Google during one of my searches and after reading the reviews I gave them a call. Joe a technician was able to see me that day, so we made an appointment. What a pleasant experience, Joe is obviously an expert in his field. He told me he could weave magic, literally he showed me a repair he had done (pic of it), and my rug would be beautiful when he got finished; although agreed it was very dirty and perhaps never been cleaned. He also gave me an appraised value that was astonishing. I didn't realize what I had so the investment in cleaning was of little consequence. Well worth the price, and reasonable as I had received a few quotes. He took me through the entire process and asked that I please not rush him - he was going to perhaps even have to wash it twice. No rush on this end, I was okay with the wait of a couple of weeks or even more if needed. He picked up the rug and delivered it today , and it is absolutely stunning! I could not believe it is the same rug. If you want someone you can trust with your gem, cleaned at a reasonable price, and are not in a super hurry then Rug Wash is the place. The added bonus is Joe is such a very nice man, wealth of knowledge and history and just pleasant to talk to. 5 stars for Rug Wash!!!
