I've been a loyal customer there not because of good service but because of convenience. I don't know who the owner is but they will run out of business if they continue to mistreat customers like this. I had the worst customer experience this past Saturday 4-25-15 in the morning. I picked up a gown to find that there was a spot on it. It would not cost this gentleman nothing to just offer to clean the spot on the fabric. When I brought the gown in for press there was no spot on it. This guy refused to take responsibility and did not care if I go ahead and complained to better business bureau. I just paid over $50 to press the gown and dry clean a suit but he did not care to loose a loyal customer that bring in revenue. Now he just lost one. He need to know that a small gesture goes a long way.nn• • •
