I was going to use a company who was $40 Cheaper before someone insisted I use A-1. Normally I would have objected especially since they were booked 2 months out. Being in the Paving business, I can appreciate the reasons a company is booked, and frankly it tells me all I need to know. So I went against my Norm and took the December appointment as it wasn't an Emergency.nn2-3 Days Later the lovely assistant Joanne called me and said Mike was in the area. From start to finish it was done inside of 5 days, I certainly didn't expect that, but was pleased. I also didn't even know where my tank was and he took a Photo in the Freezing cold to tell me. Mike spent 15 minutes on the phone with me while outside (I was doing Errands) explaining the details of the Tank/ Baffle etc.nnThere is no question I got my monies worth and when I find People like these, I collect them for permanent use.

My experience with A1 Septic was outstanding! Ben Melton and his crew were on site early, and were all extremely knowledgeable, personable and took the time to patiently explain the features of our septic system! I learned so much about septic systems today! I very HIGHLY recommend Ben and the team at A1 septic!

Mike did a great job in pumping septic system - called that he had an early opening - was punctual - neat and professional clean up and restoration of hole dug. Excellent service !!!!

Ben and his team did an outstanding doing an inspection for our new home. He is very easy to work with, extremely professional and knowledgeable. Two people who have used his services referred me to him and he didn't disappoint. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking for a septic inspection.

Ben came with another guy to perform an inspection of the septic system for a home that I am looking to purchase. Let me forewarn you that Ben is a phenomenal person! With a peaceful and kind heart, this hard-working young man took me through the entire system which included how the system was installed, how it was laid out, how it worked, and most importantly - he provided a fairly unbiased report on the system's condition; and by the time that I was on my way home - I already had his report which was fairly comprehensive - considering that I only left him a short while prior to that. WOW!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
