I just moved to the neighborhood and popped in to see if they could remove a stain from a decorative pillowcase. They took it in the back, and in a couple of minutes, returned it to me spotless. They used some steam and compressed air, and ...voila' the pillowcase looks new. I asked what I owed them, and they said...nothing. Very nice, professional and they got themselves a new customer!
This place is a scam. I called in and asked how much wash and fold was and the lady told me $1.49 a pound. I left and went home. When I got home the lady called to tell me it was $2.49 a pound. She yelled the price is $2.49 and denied ever saying $1.49 even thought my wife and I both heard her clearly and I repeated to confirm price with her twice. Long story short I had to pick my laundry back up I cleaned, waste two hours of my morning and get yelled at by the owner and the wife because they decided to switch the price after I dropped off my clothes.
Our family have been customers of Sea Breeze for over five years, Theresa and the crew are always kind and responsive to our requests. They have fixed buttons, cleaned stains and we've never had anything lost or damaged. Whenever we have a question Theresa takes time to make it right. Thank you!
