Professional Touch Cleaners is wonderful, I highly recommend them. Decades ago my family always trusted them to sew repairs to my baby blanket, and recently they tailored our dresses for a wedding! They always do a fantastic job with dry cleaning as well! Please support this local business :)
I've tried all of the dry cleaners in New Canaan and always come back to Professional Touch just down 123 in Norwalk. They're the only ones who do business shirts the way my husband likes them, and they're always very friendly and helpful when either he or I stop in. They just replaced buttons on a shirt of mine that had been refused at a New Canaan location where they told me I must find the buttons and bring them in for them to sew on. Prices are in line with other dry cleaners in the area. I recommend!

This place is awful. They will tell you they are dry cleaning your shirts, and will simply wash them.nnThey have ruined numerous shirts of mine this way, and additionally have stained them with cleaning solution and torn several garments.nnTheir tailoring service is equally atrocious - the lady is only concerned about you having to come back and will cut a garment too short to prevent you coming back for more altering. They also ruin brand new designer clothes that say do not steam and do not iron, by steaming pressing and starching them. Stay far away from these people.
