I went in for an acrylic manicure, the first thing I encountered was the owner telling me I should go elsewhere, that I couldn’t afford them (I am from Puerto Rico). I showed them my credit card and said, “Yes, I can afford them, I’m 18 and I work!” I got the manicure and was charged $153.00! In Waterbury the cost is $35.00. Needless to say I did not leave a tip, and the owner said “You’re not leaving a tip?” For the way I was treated, I refused to leave a tip and of course I’ll never go back. Thinking of calling the Better Business Bureau...

There are way too many nail salons in town but my girls (and I) find this is the very best. Never a problem, can't say that for others we have tried.

New management since September 2016.nNew renovation inside.nGreat service all of the staff are very polite, professional, incredibly friendly, AMAZING high quality TECHNICIAN is vey patient. So CLEAN use disposable equipment love it !!!

I went in to get powder nails removed and the lady kept running the nail file over my finger. $10 for that? No thank you!
