Our large, mixed-use HOA has had a very positive experience with this company. We have found Jennifer to be genuinely concerned about our property and its owners. She has been proactive in dealing with issues and easy to reach when anything comes up. We highly recommend her services.

Jennifer from Glacier management has been a fantastic landlord, whenever I have had any questions or concerns she would get back to me promptly and professionally. Her ethics and generosity are of the highest caliber and something not seen very often here in this valley, if she could not schedule a plumber she would actually came to the property herself to fix it. I wish there were more homeowners and people who generally cared about their properties and tenants like her. I have an absolute pleasure renting from her and I will 100% be working with her when here in the valley.

I have rented from Jennifer for many years and she is great. I find renting from her a lot easier and get faster response from her than the other rental agencies.I highly recommend her to be your rental specialist

We had an extremely bad experience with this company. Unprofessional and failed to deliver on the terms of our agency agreement causing us to loose a signicant amount of money From tenant damage and failure to collect rent. In my opinion the owner needs to get out of this line of business and no longer had the patience or civility to work with either the owner or tenants. Our tenants were starting to complain to us. We longer have trust & confidence in this company Sad. Wish I could post a better review

I patiently waited for weeks to have a showing for a home I was interested in. Upon doing so, I called and emailed asking for more information about the home and when I could se it. I later found out they lied and accepted an application from someone else (without ever being told to fill out an application).There was no personal interest or guidance or help for me, as a single mother seeking clean, safe housing. I was treated with no respect. Furthermore, Jennifer was curt and rude to me. People do not deserve to be treated in such a disrespectful manner, especially when it is a hectic time trying to find housing.
