Truly excellent! I was going to Cross Hill cleaners since it is close to home, but she was overcharging me and taking a long time in order to get the simplest item done. I got tired and frustrated of it so I came here and had such a better experience. There is a husband and wife who work here, first I just asked for a hemming and she got it done in a few hours for a fraction of the cost, then the second time had a bit of items and issues, they were completed quickly and when I said I would need to have items folded for an airport trip, they had them neatly folded and in a case for me when I arrived, I wish I had gone here months ago.
Only one place I can find to do same day Saturday dry cleaner in Connecticut Area - love it ,they save my new year day ..
This place should be closed for desceptive and criminal business practices. Sign in window stated three winter coats dry cleaned for a discount. When i picked up they told me my coats did not qualify for discount. I asked why they did not tell me this when i dropped them off, the lady just rolled her head. They lost another shirt being laundered on another visit. Did not apologize or offer any recompense. There are two other cleaners in Monroe right down the street---use them they are professional and clean the garments proprerly.
