A lot of property management companies get grief from tenants because they don't understand the laws and they take it out on the company. This is a very professional company and I would highly recommend them, as well as rent from them again in the future. Thanks Annie for being such a great help and for being so responsive!

They are the worst people to work with for renting. I was working out of town and couldn't get back until the next week and they told me I had to get my stuff out of the apartment. I was only 6 days late. Rhonda is the worst landlord to work with and I recommend nobody to rent from her. Apparently I'm not the only one that has had problems with them judging by the reviews. I should have listened to many of the people I know that warned me about renting from them.

I don't even know where to begin. Horrible. Terrible. Unprofessional. Will never go through this company again.nnMy late rent was due to me being out of state for my brothers funeral. We've had more than 4 deaths in the family in less than a year. Very inconsiderate of such a tragic time in our lives.
