Being a first time home buyer, I was not familiar with the home buying process and all of the intricacies that were involved. Chance Wachholz from PurWest Realty made this whole experience so incredibly smooth and streamlined. He was incredibly responsive and answered all of my questions as I had them. Since I was coming from out of state, he had gotten a good idea of exactly what I was looking for, and had sent me a list of houses before even coming to the area. When I came to look at the houses he was able to show me exactly the types of houses that I was seeking and I was able to buy a house after coming to look just once. During the negotiation phase Chance was able to help get everything that I asked for. Once I closed on the house he even gave me valuable advice on the next steps that wasn't apparent to me. When I go to sell this house I'll definitely be using Chance again!nnWhether you're buying your first house, or fifteenth - I recommend using Chance Wachholz for all your realty needs!

We had the pleasure of working with Jill Brass while purchasing property long distance. She made a point to always return calls, helped us through the process of a rewrite with the county to move our well, and if she didn't have an answer on something she would find it. She still continues to be a wonderful resource long after closing on our property. We recommend using Jill if you are looking to buy or sell!

Heidi Lane was a great realtor to work with. She worked hard to get to know my family and find the right house that fit us. We had a short window of time to find and purchase a home as we were moving with a job and she assisted us with every step in the process. She offered to take virtual tours of the houses if we were not able to go to the new town to look at the houses in person, she also suggested an inspector, helped us pick the right bank to work with and even followed up with us after we had moved in to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Heidi made this stressful situation as easy as it could be!
