Where do I begin. I called Roto-Rooter for my Grandma and they worked us in right away. Her older home met with some challenges and they had to try 3 separate ways to solve the problem. Steve and Jason could not have been more pleasant, patient and professional and got the job done. Now everything is working great and what could have been an unpleasant experience was anything but. I would recommend their service to anyone as they are so thorough and even though they had to do several extra applications they did not up the original price; which was very reasonable.nMy many thanks to Steve, Jason and Roto-Rooter.

Steve provided friendly and quick service. Our basement flooded on the 4th of July and they came the morning of the 5th. Steve fixed the problem within 45 minutes.

We had a situation with our home a short while ago and called Roto-Rooter. Steve made a recommendation to us and referral that we took and were very pleased we did. Since then today in fact we needed their services and again called Roto-Rooter and spoke again with Steve. He and another worker came out and resolved our issue fast and efficiently and affordably with outstanding service. Called on a Saturday morning with a plumbing (well septic) emergency. Steve came out within a couple hours and fixed everything and then also spent time educating us on septic maintenance so we could prevent future problems! Very grateful for their prompt service and fair pricing.

We had a toilet back up on us and they came right away without charging us an outrageous “emergency” hourly rate. The guy was able to fix it in a timely manner and told us what was wrong with our pipes. He also recommended several options of businesses that could fix it.nWe had a great experience with a great business.
