I cannot say enough good things about Modern Plumbing! My shower has leaked since we bought the house a year ago. Yes a year ago. Ughhhh. I called for an appointment and had the nicest receptionist I think ever. She was able to get me an appointment the next day. She followed up and gave me an estimated time of arrival. I was fortunate enough he finished early with another job and headed to me. She advised me of that as well :) He was courteous. Removed his shoes. Even took the time to explain to me what happened - as we tried to fix the leak ourselves. LOL! I would definitely recommend Modern Plumbing and I will also be using them again soon.
We hired Modern Plumbing and Heating because our water heater was old and after 12 years of hard water we’ve finally switched to a softener system so the heater desperately needed changing out. I was so impressed that they estimated and 3 hour install time but managed to get that down to under 2 hours. They also managed to set the water heater farther back against the wall than the last one so it opened up our space. Administratively they were on point with every reminder call, email, and text as well as the fact that they fit me into a very busy schedule. All around I’m so happy with their business!
Dan found the leak behind our dishwasher and since there was water damage we then contacted a company specializes in repairs. We needed Modern to come out on several occasion's during the process of replacing much of our kitchen. They always worked us into their schedule in a timely manner. All of the employees are knowledgeable and great to work with. I won't call anyone else but them for future needs.
What can I say that hasn't already been said? Was impressed from the very first phone conversation to last turn of the wrench. Everyone was skilled and knowledgeable, at the same time courteous and friendly. Great Service at reasonable price. Highly recommend, will definitely use again.nDennis and Kaye.
